  • If my vehicle's frame is damaged, can it be saved and repaired?

    It's often possible to repair a vehicle's frame if it's been damaged in a collision. We use Car-O-Liner frame-straightening equipment and premium-quality welders to repair unibody frames and sections. Our auto body shop will bring your vehicle back into alignment whenever possible, restoring the handling and ride that it had before its collision. However, if the frame is damaged beyond the point of a safe restoration, we'll be straightforward with you about that too.

  • How long will my vehicle's repairs take?

    Our auto body repair estimates are done using OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. However, some auto insurance policies will only pay for used or "aftermarket" parts. Check your insurance policy or ask your insurance agent for details. Atey Auto Body Inc can use aftermarket parts whenever required or requested by you, but we will thoroughly inspect them to ensure an acceptable level of quality and fit. Our auto body shop will be able to give you a timeline once we know what kind of parts we'll be using as well as what repairs need to be done.

  • Will used parts be used on my vehicle?

    Yes. The labor performed in our shop is guaranteed against any defect in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. We guarantee that for as long as you own your vehicle, we will, at our expense, correct or repair any defects which are attributable to faulty workmanship in the repair stated on the repair invoice unless caused by damage resulting from unreasonable use, improper maintenance, or care of the vehicle. This guarantee only covers labor. It does not apply to parts, materials, or equipment that may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.   • How will I know when my vehicle is done?

    Our auto body shop makes it a point to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. We'll always contact you at every important step throughout the repair process, including the moment your vehicle's repairs are complete.
